1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DOJO Future website and services provided by InFiNet Code AB ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
DOJO Future is a comprehensive school management system designed for Swedish YH (Yrkeshögskola) education. Our services include administrative tools, student management, teacher portals, LIA coordination, and MYH compliance features. Access to the platform is provided under separate licensing agreements.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account or requesting a demo, you must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DOJO Future - including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design - are owned by InFiNet Code AB and protected by Swedish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Upload malicious code or content • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Collect data from other users without consent • Violate any applicable Swedish or EU regulations
6. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies. For educational institutions, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will govern the processing of student and staff data.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law: • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months • These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InFiNet Code AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
