Personal data about students takes more than a login. Here's how DOJO Future protects your school's data, and how we make the system usable for everyone.
Data in Sweden
The platform is hosted by a Swedish cloud provider in Stockholm.
Every school on its own
Each organisation's data is kept separate in the system. No school sees another school's records.
Two-factor sign-in
Sign-in with two-factor authentication, and the platform is BankID-ready.
The right access
Five roles, and administrators who only see the programmes they're responsible for.
Everything is logged
Every change is logged with who, what and when. Records aren't silently deleted. They're marked as removed and remain traceable.
Keys that don't leak
Integration keys are shown once and only stored hashed. They carry exact permissions and can be rotated and revoked at any time.
Accessible to everyone who uses it
The people who use DOJO most are principals and administrators, often on an ordinary school laptop all day. So the product is designed to be read.

All text is designed for AAA-level contrast. No light-grey text anywhere.

Every user can switch on a larger-text mode.
Light and dark
Choose a light or dark theme, with the same high contrast in both.

The whole product exists in both languages, and each user chooses their own.
