Built for the rules that govern YH
The YH act and ordinance, MYH's regulations, CSN's rules and GDPR. DOJO is built so the rules are followed in day-to-day work, not just before an inspection.
Responsibility for a programme's compliance always stays with the school. DOJO makes it easier to get right and harder to get wrong.
MYH and programmes
- Programmes with YH credits and a clear status flow: draft, ready, submitted, approved, rejected, closed.
- Supporting data and export to MYH, collected per programme.
- Automatic reminders ahead of important deadlines.
Admissions
- All four routes to basic eligibility, including recognition of prior learning (reell kompetens).
- Selection scoring, a reserve list and offers the applicant answers through a secure link.
- A history for every application through the whole flow, traceable afterwards.
Steering group (ledningsgrupp)
- Meetings, decisions, actions and documents for every programme's steering group.
- The system blocks changes that would leave industry members without a majority (4 kap. 3 § YHF).
- Calendar invites to meetings straight from the system.
Diplomas and certificates
- Examensbevis, utbildningsbevis and kursintyg.
- Diploma supplement according to MYHFS 2023:4.
- Built from grades and LIA records, from DOJO or synced in from your own system.
Attendance and study activity
- Attendance is recorded per session.
- Students and the school see early when attendance drops, so you can follow up.
- A risk view per cohort for the people who follow up.
GDPR and data protection
- An audit trail for every change: who, what and when.
- GDPR requests are handled in the system. It's always included, whatever your modules.
- Personal identity numbers are validated, and data is stored in Sweden.
