What's included

Admissions, steering group (ledningsgrupp), MYH workflows, forms, diplomas and a rules engine. For the people responsible for the programme holding up and being able to show it.

  • Admissions

    Applications, eligibility checks, selection scoring, offers the applicant answers through a secure link, and decisions per admission round.

  • Leads from your website

    Expressions of interest and applications from the school's own website land straight in the admissions flow.

  • Steering group (ledningsgrupp)

    Meetings with calendar invites, decisions, actions and documents. The system blocks changes that would break the industry-majority requirement (4 kap. 3 § YHF).

  • MYH workflows

    Programme drafts, an approval workflow and export of supporting data to MYH.

  • Diplomas

    Diplomas and supplements built from grades and LIA records, carrying the school's signatures.

  • Forms

    Build your own forms, send them to students, staff or external recipients and collect the answers, even from people without an account.

  • Rules engine

    The school's own rules, followed up automatically by the system instead of living in a binder.

  • Analytics and reminders

    Overviews per programme and automatic reminders ahead of important deadlines.

Frequently asked questions

Can applications come straight from our own website?
Yes. Your website sends the application to DOJO's Integration API from its server side; it enters the admissions flow and the applicant gets an application number back.
Does the system help us comply with the YH ordinance?
Several requirements are built in, for example the industry majority in the steering group. Responsibility for compliance stays with the school, but the system makes it harder to get wrong.
Do we need the Learning module to issue diplomas?
No. Grades can be synced in from the system you already use.
